Terms & Conditions of Refund Policy:

➢We take maximum 120 days to fix up the marriage. In case it is not materialized, company will refund your amount deducting expenses incurred or 50% of total payment. If customer wanted to continue his/her service he/she can continue without any extra charges.

 
➢As per policy if your marriage will fix in your relation or from some other sources. In that case your 50% amount will be refunded post verification and customer have to provide us an evidence of marriage.

➢In case after getting good responses from your RM still if customer doesn’t want to continue and wanted your money to be refunded in that case service team will verify the case on email communication both for documented purpose and justify the condition if it is applicable for refund.

➢Your response will be highly required. Due to lack of your response also your ID will be deactivate from our end after 2 months. In that case also we will not refund your service fees.

➢If there is a delay from our end or quality of service is not satisfied as per the standard or unable to fix up marriage after getting match then based on customer’s request we will refund the amount using the same payment gateway method. Customer have to apply the refund process within 4 months time from the date he/she register for paid membership.

➢Amount will be refunded within 12-15 working days post we receive request from customer." and amount will be refunded by same payment gateway (Refund Applicable only on Till marriage & VIP Plan).

➢Maintain all confidentiality till the time you give your go ahead to proceed for any of the profiles.

➢ Any part payment or Discount offer is not entitled for refund.

➢ Customer's are not entitled for refund based on one week service.
